An existing client active in the manufacturing industry acquired several entities in several European countries which required a quick transition

This approach relied on validating corporate data and maintaining proper compliance by means of so-called Entity Health Checks.

The client leveraged our experience to review and compare the current internal data of each of these entities against the publicly held local statutory records to ensure information was accurate and up to required standards.

After all entity data and information was acquired and entered into the client portal we were able to create an in-depth risk assessment regarding current issues and developed a sound remediation plan to help them get in or maintain compliance.

This allowed for a more seamless transition when bringing the entities under the umbrella of the client while also changing entity names in the process. This particular client benefited from our one contact operation and a competitive fixed fee for the Entity Health Checks and corporate changes, which put this client back in control.
